It was delived to my home and set up by two competent installers. They were clean, polite and did a very nice job attaching my bed to the wall. The craftsmanship of the bed is solid, real wood with several finishes to choose from. Upon my request, Keith provided me a piece of wood with the stain I had pick for my bed so I'm able to match other furnishings to go with my bed. Super nice people and I'm completely satisfied with my purchase!
