What is the Hiddenbed of Oregon Referral Program?

  • Our referral program is an exciting opportunity for you that makes it easy and rewarding to refer family and friends to our company.

 

What are the rewards?

  • You will receive a $75 cash gift card when one of your referrals purchases a bed from us.

  • Your referrals will receive the gift of a 5% discount when they purchase a bed from us. If, however, we are running a sale when your referral purchases, and the sale discount is greater than 5%, your referral will receive the higher sale discount.

  • There is no limit to how much you can earn. You can refer as many people as you want.

 

How do I become a member of the Hiddenbed Referral Program?

There are four ways:

  • Scan and open the Referral Program QR code if you received one.

  • Follow the link in the invitation you received.

  • Sign up online.

  • Give us a call: 503-874-6109. 

 

How do I refer a friend or family member?

  • When you sign up for our referral program, you will receive an email with a personal link to use when referring family and friends. 

  • Copy and share your link through. email, text messages, or social media.

 

Where can I find my referral link?

  • You will find your personal referral link on your welcome email and on your personal dashboard.

  • We suggest that you keep your welcome email so you will have easy access to your dashboard.

 

What is the best way to send my referral link?

  • The easiest way is to send it to them from your dashboard. 

  • Click on any of the easy share buttons, and your link will automatically be included in a ready-made post or email (which you can edit if you wish).

  • A bit more work: Copy your link from the dashboard and paste it into your own email or social post.

What do those to whom I send the link do with it?

  • When they click on your personal link, a sign-up page opens with your code already added to the page. 

  • When they sign up, they are automatically connected to you as your referral. They're directed to our website where they are introduced to our company and its products. We will also reach out to them to answer any questions they may have.

 

Who can I refer?

  • Start with your family and friends.

  • If you wish to broaden your reach, you may post on your personal blog or social media accounts. 

  • There are some people who you are not allowed to nominate. See Referrals That Are Not Allowed and Marketing Practices in the Terms and Conditions.

 

What conditions must be met for me to earn the reward?

  • The person that you refer must sign up in Hiddenbed of Oregon’s Referral Program using your personal link.

  • You will be rewarded when your referral purchases a bed from us.

 

How can I tell if I have earned a reward?

  • You will receive an email notifying you that your referral has purchased a bed.

  • This will also show up on your Dashboard. Click on the “My Rewards” tab at the top. There you will see your rewards and whether they have been fulfilled.

 

How will I receive my reward?

  • You will receive a cash gift card for $75 through the mail shortly after your referral has made their purchase.

 

How can I tell if a friend has used my code?

  • You will receive an email from us informing you that your friend has signed up as one of your referrals.

  • You will also be able to see this and track their process in the “My Referrals” tab at the top of your dashboard.

Terms and Conditions

 

 Basic Requirements:

  • You must agree to all the terms and conditions.

  • You must be 18 years or older.

Referrals that are not allowed:

  • You may not refer yourself.

  • You cannot nominate someone who has already been nominated by someone else.

  • You may not refer someone you have referred previously using a different email address.

  • You may not refer anyone who previously referred you.

  • Rewards are not payable for referring someone who is already a customer or who is currently negotiating with us on a purchase.

 

Marketing Practices:

  • You may not engage in any deceptive, misleading, illegal, or unethical practices that may be detrimental to Hiddenbed of Oregon or to anyone else.

  • You may not send emails with your personal link to people who have not consented to receive emails from you.

  • You may not make any representations, warranties, or guarantees on behalf of Hiddenbed of Oregon that are inconsistent with or in addition to any such representations, warranties, or guarantees made by Hiddenbed of Oregon.

  • You may not represent or imply that you are a partner or employee of Hiddenbed of Oregon.

 

When is a referral deemed a success?

  • A referral will be deemed successful when someone that you have referred to us has purchased a bed from us.

 

How much can one earn from the referral program?

  • There is no limit to how much you can earn by referring others to our referral program.

  • If within a financial year you receive over $600 from our referral program payouts you must provide Hiddenbed of Oregon with a copy of your W9. You may either mail it to Hiddenbed of Oregon, PO Box 500, or to info@hiddenbedoforegon.com. Any delays in payment because of failure to submit a W9 to us is not the responsibility of Hiddenbed of Oregon or its employees.

 

Changes to or cancellation of the referral program:

  • We may revise these Referral Terms from time to time in our sole discretion, subject to applicable law.

  • We reserve the right to cancel the Referral Program without prior notice in its entirety or for a specific referrer at any time for any reason.

  • If we revise these Referral Terms or any aspect of our referral program, we will notify you by email. To continue participating in our referral program, you must agree to the revised terms and conditions.
