Relatively light: our panels weigh 60 to 75 lbs. per 3/4" x 4' x 8' sheet.

More on Hardwood
At Hiddenbed of Oregon, we mostly use MPX core plywood or ArmorCore plywood panels. MPX panels use a hardwood crossband under the decorative face and back hardwood veneers. It is much lighter in weight than ArmorCore plywood. ArmorCore has a cross-banded central core covered by a thin layer of MDF (medium density fiberboard) and finished with a thin layer of hardwood veneer.
