Hiddenbed of Oregon LLC, provides a limited warranty against defects in material or workmanship in our products for a period of five years from the date of purchase. As used in this warranty, defects are defined as imperfections which substantially impair the beauty and functionality of the product. If any component of our products is found to be with such defects during this period, we promise to repair or replace the defective part and if necessary, replace the whole piece of furniture.
Original Purchaser - This warranty applies only as long as the product continues to be held for use by the original purchaser. It shall become immediately void if the product is resold, transferred, leased or rented to any third party or person other than the original owner.
Defects that are not our fault - This warranty does not apply to defects that result from accident, misuse or abuse, intentional damage, alteration or modification of the product, negligence, exposure, any condition resulting from ordinary wear and tare, use of the product in a manner inconsistent with its intended use, fire, or natural disasters.
Requirement of Warranty Registration - The limited warranty set forth herein will be activated upon Hiddenbed of Oregon's receipt of your warranty registration. Please send in your warranty registration within one (1) month of the date of original purchase. If we do not receive your warranty registration within one (1) month of the date of original purchase, you must submit your sales receipt as proof of original purchase as a condition precedent to coverage under this limited warranty.
Floor Samples and Used Products - Occasionally, Hiddenbed of Oregon may sell a floor sample or used product that has been taken back from a consumer and factory refurbished. These products are sold at a substantial discount, and as such, consumers cannot expect that the product will be devoid of minor blemishes. Such products are sold AS IS. This warranty does not cover minor blemishes and defects that do not substantially impair the product’s beauty and functionality.
Natural Variation in Wood - Hiddenbed of Oregon uses only high-grade wood panels and other materials in their products. Part of the beauty of natural wood panels, veneers, and solid wood trim is the natural variation in color, grain, and texture that occurs in such materials. This warranty does not cover these minor variations, or differences between floor samples or printed illustrations and your furniture.
Claims - Any claim against this warranty must be presented in writing to Hiddenbed of Oregon along with photographs of the defect. It may be necessary for Hiddenbed of Oregon to arrange for an inspection of your furniture to determine whether or not a manufacturing defect exists. If it is determined that the defect is covered by the warranty, We will discuss with you the best way of remedying the defect. If you are within a 50-mile radius of Mount Angel, we will arrange to personally complete the repair or replacement. If you are beyond the 50-mile radius, we will discuss with you the best and fairest method of repair or replacement.
